  • written in Uncial letters on vellum parchment
  • Missing portions
    • Old Testament: the original leaves containing Genesis 1:1-46:28a and Psalm 105:27-137:6b have been lost and replaced by a 15th century scribe (2 Kings 2:5–7, 10-13 are also lost due to a tear)
    • Apocrypha: 1-4 Maccabees and the Prayer of Manasseh are missing
    • New Testament: lacking 1 and 2 Timothy, Titus, Philemon, Revelation (and Hebrews after 9:14); missing portion of Hebrews and Revelation were supplied by a 15th century scribe
